Sharon Schuler serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Cresco Labs. As a member of the executive leadership team, she develops and executes financial strategies that fuel Cresco Labs’ expansion into new markets, aligning capital allocation with growth initiatives. Sharon also leads the optimization of financial operations across the company’s vertically integrated cannabis supply chain from cultivation and manufacturing to retail distribution. Previously, she spent three years at BJ’s Wholesale Club as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing the company’s short and long-term financial outlook. She led several cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving market share and maximizing profitability to achieve bottom-line results. With extensive experience in financial leadership across multiple industries, Sharon began her retail career at The TJX Companies and subsequently held roles at Clarks America, Caleres and Bob’s Discount Furniture. Sharon holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Michigan State University. In her spare time, she chairs a local non-profit Music Association and is a baseball umpire.
